Ellie turned one and was celebrated with a fun party at home and a feast of Indian delights.
Mom decorated and made that cute hat.
Ellie certainly rocked that hat and couldn't help sticking her fingers in that yummy icing, which was dyed with turmeric!
It rained a bit and got the deck a bit moist.
How nice to blow bubbles for the birthday girl!
Sweet birthday girl enjoying some crawling time on the damp deck.
Charlie attempting to share his bubble sword.
The appe-teasers were delicious. And Chutney (the dog) didn't get to enjoy any.
Proud Dad.
Yumm! Indian food from Taj Mahal restaurant and prepared by Mom and Dad.
The food was enjoyed by all.
But some could tolerate the spice more than others.
Watermelon to cool off little tongues.
Who knew that four year olds would love artichokes so much.
Chutney showed interest in some watermelon.
Time for cake.
The birthday girl wasn't so sure about her cupcake.
Chutney got right to cleaning up the icing.
Dress back on and ready to party.
Mom and Dad love their little Ellie.
A good time was had by all.
