This well traveled (Japan, Italy, and Alaska) nearly 93 year old is a twin and knitter extraordinaire. She made 500 french roll sandwiches a day at her sandwich shop the Pick and Pay in San Carlos, CA and at home was the consummate entertainer.
Frances makes her own pasta and ravioli but she hasn't done it in a long time, it's been two or three months.
Frances has closets and drawers full of beautiful handknit clothes that she wore to all of the swankiest hotspots in San Francisco.
Charlie was enthralled with her red yarn.
