Family Farm Day at Laughing Buck Farm

Scores of farm enthusiasts enjoyed all the hay, sunshine, and farm fun that they could handle today at Laughing Buck Farm.
The horses enjoyed getting to see all of the little people.
The hay barn was well attended.

 Soft horsey noses were rubbed.
And there were some excellent hats!
It is important to keep the hot Colorado sun off of one's nose in style.
Some of the visitors took a trip through the stables just to say "hi" to the horses.  They appreciated the gesture.
There was a slack line in the orchard.
Everyone waited patiently in line for their turn.
Some enjoyed a picnic in the shade while others found it fun to get tangled up in a giant web.
And who would pass up the opportunity to climb a tree?
Sassy even made an appearance and allowed herself to be petted and brushed.

The pigs were quite popular.
A few brave farmers attempted to take a piggie-back-ride.
Some were very persistent although unsuccessful.
Everyone enjoyed their day, down on the farm.
And it just wouldn't be a day at the farm with out catching chickens.
